2016 Volkswagen CC Cleveland OH
Part of the appeal in choosing Volkswagen is its European pedigree. Not only has the automaker built its name on solid German-engineering, but continues to provide an excellent balance between affordable options and premium features. No one has ever opened the door of a 2016 Volkswagen CC near Cleveland OH to find inexpensive trim that underwhelms with hard plastic parts that look and feel cheap. The model is built for those looking to step up a class, all without paying a premium price.
The gently sweeping style from the roofline down to the hood creates a simple elegance to the look of the CC, while the grille and headlights are sharp without looking too aggressive. The overall design exudes understated sophisticated, making it the ideal choice for those seeking something sporty, without needing shouting it. The interior shows similar refinement, with a combination of soft-touch materials pairing with chrome, black and red accent details for an overall cohesive appearance.
We all want room to stretch our legs, but driving an SUV doesn’t appeal to all. The 2016 VW CC has 93.6 cubic feet of passenger space, allowing it to keep its coupe-like styling without feeling cramped. Cargo space sits at 13.17 cubic feet, which is lower than some options, but can hold its own at the grocery store.
Two different engine options are offered in the 2016 Volkswagen CC, with the base coming standard with a manual transmission. The 2.0-liter turbo four delivers 200 horsepower and 208 pound-feet of torque, while the 3.6-liter V6 feeds the power-hungry with 280 horsepower and 265 pound-feet of torque.
Those looking for a stripped down sedan should look elsewhere, because they CC was designed for those that like features. Standard in the base model are rain-sensing windshield wipers, automatic climate control, heatable 12-way power-adjustable seats and the MIB II infotainment system with App-Connect.
