Took my 2016 touraeg for 60000 service all was done on schedule and job well done. Used to go to other VW dealer in mentor and price here was 30 percent less. I will continue to visit east side VW. Thank you.

Although we couldn't close on the deal due to a significant dealer incentive out of the Cleveland area, I still feel a need to share my dealings with salesman, Steve Novak. Steve was about as professional as they come. He kept me in the loop without going overboard and pestering me (there is a fine line there). He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the CX5 that I was punching. I sure do recommend Steve if you are shopping at Eastside Mazda.

Salesperson- Ed Davis- 5 star gentleman, And I never rate anything 5 stars... I was looking for a certain CPO vehicle and willing to travel for it. I dealt with 10-15 dealerships from Ohio to MD. I came across some really slimy tactics and unbelievably rude salespeople at other dealers. I have zero tolerance for that At Eastside we settled on a price, but then I got held up (VW buyback) and couldn't get out there until almost 2 weeks later.
