I am born and raised in Cleveland on the East side. I got into the industry by answering an advertisement for Rick Case Honda for salespeople at the tender age of 20, and here I am. I tell my friends it’s like Fonzi, I’m typecast!
My favorite thing about working at Eastside is those moments of truth when you see that a customer has become a true advocate for our store. It’s so much more than just being “satisfied”. I also love that, as an owner, I get to see people grow in their jobs, and hopefully, that spills over into their home life as well.
I am a lifelong learner and I’m lucky in love, and that gives me a foundation to work from. In my opinion, everyone should have a golden retriever at least once in their lives-they’re smile machines! We also have a barn rescue cat, but that’s complicated:)
On my days off, I like to golf, bake, and maybe drink some wine. I collect sourdough starters and artisanal flours to bake in our wood-burning outdoor pizza oven (even the failures taste pretty good!).
The best advice I’ve ever heard; “Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.”
